Statues and Memorials in London: Tower Hill Sundial

The Sundial on Tower Hill was commissioned by London Transport and unveiled in 1992. It is by John Chitty and Edwin Russell. The Sundial keeps good time although it may vary from GMT by up to 16 minutes.

Around the actual sundial are reliefs which commemorate important events from the history of London.
