A day on the local sites.

First to Sutcliffe park, which is very flooded. Only notable thing of interest is a male common Pochard, a first for me on this site. Then the plan was to go to Danson park, but whilst at coffee I get a message that there is a group of waxwings in Sidcup so divert to see those before proceeding to Danson. 5 waxwings in a tree by the roundabout on Footscray Lane. Wish all birding was as simple as that. Have a quick look round Sidcup cemetery before catching the bus to Danson Park. Didnt have the camera with me so no pictures
